* Shipping Rules. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the following shipping restrictions. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from Sei Bella Salon Services.com pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Your full cooperation in any claim filing with carriers will be required in order to replace damaged and/or lost shipments. Sei Bella Salon Services.com orders can only be shipped to the continental U.S. (includes AK & HI) to a valid address. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses nor freight forwarders. Orders that do not comply with these rules will be cancelled and refunded.
